Frontier Airlines, the leading budget airline, recently announced nine new routes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the busiest airport in the United States. This latest Frontier flight expansion, set to commence in late May and early June 2025, includes thrilling beach getaways to the Caribbean and several domestic spots.

Frontier Adds Direct Flights to the Caribbean

With Frontier Airlines’ new routes, travelers can anticipate convenient access to iconic beaches in Honduras and Aruba. The airline will operate three direct flights to the Caribbean weekly to San Pedro Sula (SAP) in Honduras, offering introductory fare tickets from merely $29. This makes them among the cheapest flights to the Caribbean currently available.

Frontier will also recommence weekly flights to Aruba (AUA). Aruba, famous for its extensive white-sand beaches, coral reefs, family-friendly all-inclusive resorts, and diverse nightlife, is a must-visit destination for those seeking affordable beach vacations. The island is also recognized for its local flamingo population and luxury all-inclusive retreats like Barceló Aruba.

Accessible Florida Beach Getaways from Atlanta

Frontier Airlines’ new routes also connect Atlanta to several exciting locations domestically, including Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Ft. Myers, St. Louis, Jacksonville, Palm Beach, and Columbus, Ohio. These Florida destinations offer particularly attractive beach getaways for summer travelers.

Frontier’s President, James Dempsey, expressed his excitement about the expansion, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with the leadership at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to significantly grow our operations and bring more low-cost flight options to Atlanta consumers.” He further disclosed their mission to improve the flight experience in 2025, including a first-class seat option.

These nine new routes provide ample options for Atlanta-based travelers to explore the mesmerizing Caribbean and Florida beaches this summer.
