Starting May 1, 2025, United will offer a daily direct flight from Denver to Leonardo da Vinci Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), marking the airline’s first-ever nonstop service to Italy. This new route, part of United Airlines’ broader expansion, will run seasonally through September 24, 2025.

- Regina, Saskatchewan (YQR) – CRJ-200, daily year-round service beginning May 15, 2025
- Buffalo, NY (BUF) – Boeing 737-800, daily year-round service starting May 22, 2025
- Pensacola, FL (PNS) – Boeing 737-800, daily service from May 22 to August 18, 2025
- North Bend, OR (OTH) – Embraer E175, daily service from May 22 to October 25, 2025
- Redding, CA (RDD) – Embraer E175, daily year-round service beginning May 22, 2025
- Wilmington, NC (ILM) – Embraer E175, Saturday service from May 24 to August 16, 2025
