What Happens When OneAir Finds a Lower Price on Your Tracked Reservation?
When OneAir finds a better deal for your hotel reservation, you’ll receive an email with all the details. Since hotel prices change frequently, it’s important to act quickly to secure the lower price by clicking the “Click Here to Book Deal” button in the price drop alert email.
This will take you to the Track a Hotel Booking page, where you’ll find a list of all your active tracked bookings. Next, tap on “Show Offer” to be redirected to the OneAir Offer page. From there, rebook the same hotel room at a lower price by clicking the “Book Offer” button.
Before confirming your new booking, we recommend double-checking the hotel details, travel dates, room type, bed type, meal plan, view, final price, and the cancellation policy. Ensure everything matches your preferences and needs before proceeding.
If your new lower-priced reservation is refundable, OneAir will continue tracking it for additional savings until the free cancellation period expires. Our goal is to ensure you always get the best possible deal on your hotel stay.

Will OneAir Cancel My Original Reservation When I Rebook?
No, OneAir does not automatically cancel your original reservation. This ensures that no bookings are canceled unintentionally, as canceled reservations cannot be reinstated.
If OneAir finds you a lower-priced reservation and you decide to rebook, we recommend canceling your original reservation directly with the website or provider where you initially booked to avoid being double charged.
Once you receive your new confirmation email from OneAir, please cancel your previous reservation as soon as possible to prevent any confusion or potential booking issues.
Do I Need to Submit My New OneAir Reservation for Tracking Again?
No, there’s no need! OneAir will automatically continue tracking your new lower-priced reservation until the free cancellation period expires. If we find additional savings, you’ll receive an email notification.
Please note that when you book with OneAir, you’re accessing exclusive, negotiated, members-only rates, meaning you may already have the best available deal, and further savings may not always be available.
Will OneAir Track My Reservation for Lower Rates if It’s Non-Refundable?
No, OneAir does not track non-refundable reservations. Since these bookings cannot be canceled without a penalty, rebooking at a lower rate wouldn’t be possible.
Price tracking is only beneficial for refundable reservations, which is why we recommend booking refundable deals whenever possible to maximize your savings.
What Happens If I Choose Not to Rebook My Reservation?
Your existing reservation will remain unchanged. OneAir will not modify or cancel your booking.
We will continue tracking for better deals until the free cancellation period expires, so skipping one offer won’t stop us from looking for lower rates.
If you no longer wish to track a reservation, go to “My Tracked Reservations” and click “Stop Tracking” for the booking you want to remove.
Why Has OneAir Not Found a Better Deal?
OneAir continuously monitors hotel prices, but finding a lower rate depends on factors like demand, seasonality, and availability. Booking early improves your chances of securing a deal, but sometimes, you may have already locked in the lowest available rate.
If we haven’t found a better price, it means you booked at a great rate. To maximize future savings, we recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are confirmed and choosing a refundable reservation so you can take advantage of any lower rates we find.
Where is My New Reservation Confirmation Email? How Do I Know My Booking Went Through?
When you successfully complete a hotel booking with OneAir, your reservation details will appear under “My Trips”, and you will receive a confirmation email.
While the hotel should be able to locate your reservation under your name, we recommend keeping your booking confirmation email handy in case of any issues.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you’re unable to find your confirmation or voucher email, contact us at support@oneair.ai, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I Cancel My Reservation?
If your reservation is refundable and within the cancellation window (as stated in your confirmation email), you can cancel it through our website.
Go to “My Trips,” review your booking, click “Manage Booking,” and select “Cancel Booking.” You will receive an immediate cancellation confirmation email for your records.
For refundable bookings canceled before the deadline, a full refund will be issued. If the deadline has passed, cancellation may still be possible with a partial refund, depending on the hotel’s policy.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or rebooked without incurring the full cost. For more flexibility, we recommend choosing refundable reservations that allow free cancellation until the deadline.
Can I Modify My Reservation?
Reservation changes are not possible. However, if your booking is refundable and still within the cancellation window, you can cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.
For non-refundable reservations, modifications cannot be made. If you need to extend your stay, you can book a separate reservation for the additional dates, but your original booking cannot be changed or refunded.
I Booked the Wrong Dates. Can I Change My Reservation?
Unfortunately, reservations cannot be changed once booked. However, if your reservation is refundable and still within the cancellation window, you can cancel your existing booking and make a new reservation with the correct dates.
For non-refundable reservations, modifications are not allowed. If you need to extend your stay, you can book a separate reservation for the additional dates, but the original booking cannot be changed or refunded.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund for a Canceled Booking?
Refunds for canceled refundable bookings typically appear on your credit card within 3 to 7 days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Some banks may take longer to complete the transaction. If you don’t see the refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank for further details.

If your payment was declined, the most common reason is a typo. Please double-check that you have entered the following details correctly:

Do Children Stay for Free?
Hotel policies regarding children vary. Some hotels allow up to two children to stay free when sharing a room with their parents, while others may charge an additional fee based on the child’s age.

How Can I Add an Extra Guest to My Booking?
To request an additional guest, please email our customer support team at support@oneair.ai. Guest policies vary by hotel, and approval is subject to availability and the hotel’s terms. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist you.
Who Can Check In to the Hotel and What Do They Need to Bring?
Any adult listed on the reservation can check in to the hotel. For security purposes, the hotel reception will require a valid photo ID and a major credit card for room incidentals at check-in.
While a printed or electronic copy of your booking confirmation is not always required, having it on hand can be helpful as a reference. Please note that your confirmation or booking number may differ from the hotel’s reservation number.
When Is Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Time?
Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel. While check-in is typically between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and check-out is usually at noon, these times are not universal. Some hotels may offer early check-in or late check-out, but availability depends on hotel policy and may incur an additional fee.

If you plan to check in after 5:00 PM or are staying at a smaller property, we strongly suggest calling the hotel in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
Can I Check In on a Different Date Than My Confirmation?
Your reservation is guaranteed only for the confirmed check-in date. If you do not check in on the first day of your reservation and fail to notify the hotel in advance, your booking may be canceled, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
To avoid cancellation, we strongly recommend contacting the hotel as soon as possible if your arrival date changes.
Can I Use My Hotel Loyalty Membership Number?
You cannot enter your hotel loyalty membership number at the time of booking. However, many hotels allow you to provide it at check-in or check-out. While earning points on your reservation is not guaranteed, we recommend asking the hotel if they can add your membership number to your stay.
Can I Get a Refund if I Check Out Early?
Most hotels do not offer refunds for early check-outs, as your reservation covers the full booked stay regardless of actual use. If you leave before your scheduled departure date, you will still be charged for the entire duration.
