Upgrading your membership plan is simple and can be done from your OneAir portal.

Log into your OneAir portal, go to profile and choose “memberships and payments”. Then hop over to the “Upgrade your plan” section to compare and choose a plan that is right for you and start saving immediately.

We find ALL cheap flight deals, but only send the absolutely cheapest, most insane sales prices. Since this all depends on the airlines and how often they publish deals, the number of alerts you receive will vary. It also depends on your chosen membership plan and departure airports. You can add more airports to receive more alerts. On average, basic members will receive from 6 to 8 low price flight deals each month. This drastically increases for premium and elite members.

We currently focus only on international flights. Premium and Elite members also get incredibly cheap flight deal alerts to places like Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Most deal alerts we send out are 2-12 months in advance, so you’ll have plenty of time to plan and coordinate your vacation with your travel partner or family members.

We attempt to be as fair as possible and offer a flexible cancellation policy as a company centered on saving money for our members. In exchange, we ask that our members be fair to us and not take advantage of our terms.

All new subscriptions (excluding those paid for via the iOS App Store, which have a 14-day refund policy) are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning that if you are not satisfied with our service and you’d like to cancel your membership within the first 30 days after initial payment, you may email us at (support@oneair.ai) for an immediate cancellation and a full refund.

Cancellation

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the discount travel membership benefits. However, should you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, for any reason. If you choose to cancel your membership early, no refund will be provided but your account access will remain active until the end of your subscription term. You may cancel your membership subscription by accessing your account in your OneAir WorldConnect portal. Regardless of your membership status, any travel booked through an active membership will be honored and will not be cancelled.

Membership Renewals:

My membership automatically renewed. Can I get a refund?

No, automatic renewals are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service. If you decide you no longer want your OneAir subscription, then it is your responsibility to cancel before the completion of the membership period and starting of the next payment period. If you signed up using a coupon code or during a sale, which we offer occasionally, your plan will automatically renew at full price annually unless it is cancelled.

Free trial cancellation policy:

At the end of your 30-day free trial period, your premium or elite subscription plan will automatically roll into a paid-for ongoing subscription with a recurring annual subscription fee which will automatically renew each year.

If you want to prevent this, you can cancel your subscription prior to the end of the 30-day trial period. You can continue to use the benefits for the full 30 days even if you cancel before that.

Each member is eligible for one 30-day trial unless otherwise communicated.

Prorated Refunds:

I am midway through my membership but am done traveling. Will you provide a prorated refund?

No, we do not offer prorated refunds.

The Premium membership automatically renews each year. This is to ensure that you never miss out on cheap flights and airfare deals. If you would like your membership to stop, please be sure to cancel it before your renewal date.

All transactions on OneAir use commercial grade encryption. We never store any payment information on our servers and all payments are processed by secure PCI DSS compliant service providers.

No. Your OneAir subscription will renew yearly and can be cancelled anytime. Your subscription will save money with even one booking each year, but if you’d like to cancel within the first 30 days we offer a full refund.

Your emails are likely going into the “Spam”, “Trash”, or “Promotions” folders. In Gmail, you can also drag and drop one of our Premium emails into the “Primary” tab, which will ensure it’s always in your primary inbox, instead of “Promotions”. It’s easy to cancel OneAir membership. Just follow these steps:

1. Log into your OneAir portal, go to profile and choose “memberships and payments”. Then hop over to “My Membership” section and click the “Cancel my membership” button
2. Select the reason you’re canceling your account and click on “Cancel Subscription”

You will have access to OneAir portal and all membership benefits for the rest of your billing cycle if you subscribed to any of our paid premium or elite membership. On your next billing date, your credit card will not be charged and your access to OneAir will be restricted.
