Free Trial Cancellation Policy

At the end of your 30-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription. To avoid this, cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period. Booking Protection

No, Refund Protect is not included in the final ticket or booking price. You can select Refund Protect at checkout for a small fee to protect your hotel booking or flight ticket. If you cannot attend for reasons covered by our terms and conditions, you can apply for a full refund.

If you purchased Refund Protect and the airline has rescheduled the flight, Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight departure.   • Within the booking confirmation email from OneAir, there is a link to file a claim. It’s an easy 3-step process:
    1. Fill in any additional information that is not pre-populated.
    2. Provide the reason and evidence for your cancellation.
    3. Provide the bank details where you would like to receive your refund.

Providing the required evidence for your circumstance, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, allows our Customer Experience team to validate your Refund Application. We need this evidence to ensure your circumstance is legitimate and unforeseen at the time of your booking, preventing you from attending. Once you have fully submitted your Refund Application with all required evidence, the Customer Experience team will review your application within 24 hours. Please check the airline’s website for updated information on whether they are allowing cancellation fee waivers due to COVID-19. If the airline does not offer waivers, OneAir will be unable to provide one. If the airline does waive the cancellation fee, you may contact OneAir customer service.

 

To submit a cancellation request, please contact OneAir customer service and provide the following details: OneAir Booking ID, flight start date, the segment you want to cancel (outbound, inbound, or return), and the reason for cancellation. This process is intended for customers with flight arrangements within 4 to 21 days from today. If your travel is within the next 3 days, please call our customer service team directly and have your OneAir Booking ID ready.

 

By submitting a cancellation request, OneAir will initiate the cancellation of your booking(s) on your behalf. Once submitted, you cannot cancel the request. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a full refund. Cancellation policies and fare rules vary by airline, and not all airlines allow full refunds at this time.

 

If your airline does not offer a full refund, our customer service team will contact you to discuss your options before canceling your booking.

 

We will provide an estimate of your refund amount, which may take up to 4-8 weeks to process through your preferred mode of contact. Please refrain from following up within this period, as it will not expedite the process and may delay handling other requests.

OneAir now offers a self-service option. By clicking the self-service link in your confirmation email, you can resend your booking confirmation to any preferred email address. This confirmation email can also serve as proof of your e-ticket for airport check-in.

Booking tickets for unaccompanied children is not possible on our site. Since airlines have different policies regarding unaccompanied minors, please check and book directly on their websites.

When searching for flights, you can choose from three passenger types: adult, child, and infant. Child and infant tickets must be booked together with an adult ticket. Some airlines do not allow child or infant tickets to be booked online, so it’s best to contact the airline directly if needed.

 

Criteria for Booking Child and Infant Tickets:

 

Infants (< 24 months):

 

  • Must travel in the same seat as the parent/legal guardian
  • Travel for free or pay approximately 10% of the adult fare
  • Book as a child if the infant turns 2 years old before the return date

 

Children (2 – 11 years):

 

  • Ticket costs vary by airline (see the breakdown of the ticket price during the booking process)

Flight bookings often use a name format like (last name)/(first name) (middle name) (title Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss/Mstr).

 

For example, if an adult passenger’s name is Jane Smith, it would be written as Smith/Jane Mrs.

 

Sometimes, there is no space between the title and the name, such as Smith/Janemrs. This is a common practice, and no name correction is needed. The ticket remains valid for travel.

To check your airline PNR, you can:

 

  1. Find the “Airline Reference” in the booking details section of your confirmation email.
  2. Go to the “My Trips” page on the website, select “Flights,” then “View Booking,” and look for “Airline Reference.”
  3. Use the mobile app, select the “My Trips” tab, navigate to flight bookings via the flights menu, and look for “Airline Reference.”

Please ensure that you have entered all the requested information correctly, including the airline PNR and the passenger’s first and/or last name, as required.

 

In some cases, you may not be able to locate your booking on the airline’s “Manage Booking” page because it was created by our partner using their contact information. However, as long as your booking status is marked as confirmed on the OneAir website or app under “My Trips,” and you have your confirmation email, your booking is valid. Cancellation, Refund, and Change

Your ability to cancel the booking and the associated cost depends on the fare rules for your booking, which vary by airline. There may be fees, or the booking could be non-refundable.

 

To cancel your booking, please contact OneAir and provide the following details: OneAir Booking ID, flight start date, the segment you wish to cancel (outbound, inbound, or return), and the reason for cancellation.

 

Important note: If the airline does not permit cancellations, OneAir will be unable to offer a waiver.

The cost to cancel a flight depends on the fare rules for your booking and varies by airline. Cancellation may incur processing fees, and some tickets may be non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, typically take 3-6 months to process and can vary by airline, as the actual refund time frame depends on the airline’s decision. In some cases, refunds might be issued as airline credits or vouchers. Your bank’s processing times may also affect this timeline. Once a refund is requested, we will notify you of the estimated refund timeline. Please refrain from following up within this period, as it will not expedite the process and may delay our handling of other requests.

In some cases, an airline may issue a refund in the form of credit vouchers. These vouchers can be used for future flight bookings with the same airline before their expiration date. If the new ticket price is higher than the credit voucher amount, you will need to pay the difference. The credit voucher value is displayed in the ticket currency based on the airline’s system. Please note that airlines may change their policies without prior notice, and seats and fares are subject to availability. OneAir cannot control fare changes from airlines. All information about the voucher value, expiration dates, redemption process, and other conditions will be provided in the email you receive when the voucher is issued.

Your ability to reschedule your ticket dates depends on the fare rules for your booking and varies by airline. If you need to change your booking dates, please contact our Customer Service team.

 

Important note: If your airline does not allow changes, we cannot override their policy. Please continue to check the airline’s policy, as it may change over time.

Your ability to make changes to your flight booking (such as changing names, adding passengers, or changing cabins) depends on the fare rules for your booking and varies by airline. If the reissued ticket incurs additional costs, these can be paid by credit card only. We recommend contacting OneAir for any booking changes instead of the airline, although in rare cases, we may advise you to contact the airline directly. For any changes, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

 

Important note: If your airline currently does not allow changes, we cannot override their policy. Please continue to check the airline’s policy, as it may change over time.

Unfortunately, additional checked baggage is non-refundable and non-transferable.

An additional fee of up to USD 50 per passenger will apply for each change to your reservation, on top of any charges imposed by the airline. These fees will be applicable at the time you make changes to or cancel your reservation. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Use.

If this option isn’t available, it means the airline hasn’t provided us with the ability to add this service. A codeshare flight is one marketed by one airline but operated by a partner airline using their aircraft and crew. In these cases, baggage rules typically follow those of the operating airline. For example, if you book a flight with United but it is operated by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Airlines’ baggage rules generally apply.

 

However, depending on the specific agreement between the airlines, the rules of the booking airline may apply, especially for international itineraries. We recommend confirming the baggage rules with the airline you booked with to ensure the correct rules apply to your flight.

Booking Protection

No, Refund Protect is not included in the final ticket or booking price. You can select Refund Protect at checkout for a small fee to protect your hotel booking or flight ticket. If you cannot attend for reasons covered by our terms and conditions, you can apply for a full refund.

If you purchased Refund Protect and the airline has rescheduled the flight, Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight departure. If you need to modify your flight, contact OneAir, and Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight details. If the cost increases, the additional Refund Protection cost will be added accordingly.

If you purchased Refund Protect and you need to modify your hotel booking, contact OneAir, and Refund Protect will be updated with the new hotel booking details. If the cost increases, the additional Refund Protection cost will be added accordingly.

  • Within the booking confirmation email from OneAir, there is a link to file a claim. It’s an easy 3-step process:
    1. Fill in any additional information that is not pre-populated.
    2. Provide the reason and evidence for your cancellation.
    3. Provide the bank details where you would like to receive your refund.

Providing the required evidence for your circumstance, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, allows our Customer Experience team to validate your Refund Application. We need this evidence to ensure your circumstance is legitimate and unforeseen at the time of your booking, preventing you from attending. Please read the Terms and Conditions to see the accepted forms of evidence and required details.

Once you have fully submitted your Refund Application with all required evidence, the Customer Experience team will review your application within 24 hours. If approved, your refund should be delivered to your chosen bank account within 72 hours from submission. Please watch for any emails from the Customer Experience team during this period in case further information is needed to validate your Refund Application.

All Refund Applicants receive an email from our Customer Experience team after submitting a Refund Application. Please contact this Customer Experience point of contact for any queries about your application’s status. If you have not received an email, please check your junk or spam folders.

There are two types of bookings:

 

Payment Charged by OneAir: If a flight is available and you’ve submitted your credit card details and agreed to the booking conditions, the booking is confirmed, and an E-ticket will be automatically sent to your email address. The confirmation and E-ticket are issued only after we have verified and charged your credit card. You must present the booking confirmation, along with your passport or a valid form of photo ID, at check-in.

 

Payment Charged by Airline: OneAir partners with suppliers and airlines to offer the best-unpublished rates. If you book a flight where a OneAir partner provides the best rate, we will confirm your reservation and send a confirmation email with your E-ticket.

 

Please note: In such cases, the airline will charge your credit card. Your credit card statement may show up to two charges: one for the air ticket by the airline and a separate OneAir booking fee (if any).

If you clicked the “Pay securely” button and received an error message indicating an unsuccessful payment, please contact your card issuer to identify and resolve the issue.

Once you’ve completed the payment and received booking confirmation, you cannot change the payment method.
