What exactly are unpublished airfares?
Unpublished fare deals are offers not listed on any airline websites or anywhere on the internet. These deals, also known as private fares, consolidator fares, or wholesale fares, cannot be found through online searches or directly from airlines. Airlines provide these low fares to travel agencies with exclusive contracts, stipulating that they cannot be published or advertised. This ensures customers continue to purchase directly from the airlines without being aware of cheaper alternatives. To access these special unpublished discounted fares, you must be a OneAir member.

We currently send alerts for cheap flight deals departing from all major international airports in the United States.
How many cheap flight alerts will I receive?
We find all cheap flight deals but only send the absolute lowest and most incredible sales prices. The number of alerts you receive will vary based on airline deals, your membership plan, and your chosen departure airports. Adding more airports will increase the number of alerts you receive. On average, basic members receive 6 to 8 low-price flight deals each month, with the number increasing significantly for premium and elite members.
Premium members receive unlimited international economy-class deals to top destinations worldwide.
Elite members receive unlimited international business, first, premium, or economy class deals to top destinations globally. They also have additional control over the types of flight deals and fare classes they receive.

Yes! All members have access to our budget-friendly travel platform. Our “Explore the World” tool acts as your passport to adventure. Simply set your flight budget, preferred destinations, and travel months, and OneAir will display all the incredible places you can visit within your budget. It’s a stress-free and effortless way to discover your next adventure.
Which destinations do you look out for?
We search for deals on all international flights, whether it’s to major destinations like Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Santorini, or Tokyo, or to tranquil vacation spots like India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, or Iceland. If there’s a flight departing from your selected airports at a significantly reduced price, we’ll let you know!
Do you cover only international flight deals?
We currently focus on international flights. Premium and Elite members also receive alerts for cheap flight deals to places like Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Can you help me find a cheap flight to a specific destination and at a certain month or date to travel?
Absolutely, yes! This feature is exclusively available to our Premium and Elite members.
Premium members can select up to 6 destinations and choose their preferred departure months. We’ll monitor these destinations and send them all the amazing deals we find.
Elite members can select up to 12 destinations and choose their preferred departure months.
What kind of flight deals are included? Do you send business, first, and premium economy class deals?
We secure the lowest and most exciting international flight deals—from economy to premium economy, business, and first-class—originating from top U.S. airports and offered by trusted airlines to amazing destinations worldwide.
Note: You must be an Elite member to access deals for business, first or premium economy class.
Do you send last-minute deals?
Most of our deal alerts are sent 2-12 months in advance, giving you ample time to plan and coordinate your vacation with your travel partner or family members.

Does the Premium membership automatically renew?

Is my payment information safe?
All transactions on OneAir are protected with commercial-grade encryption. We never store payment information on our servers; all payments are processed by secure, PCI DSS compliant service providers.
Will I be locked into a long subscription?
No, your OneAir subscription renews annually but can be canceled at any time. Even one booking per year can save you money. If you decide to cancel within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund.
How can I cancel my OneAir membership?
Canceling your OneAir membership is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Log into your OneAir app.
- Go to your profile and select “Memberships and Payments.”
- Navigate to the “My Membership” section and click the “Cancel My Membership” button.
- Choose the reason for canceling and click “Cancel Subscription.”
If you have a paid Premium or Elite membership, you will retain access to the OneAir app and all membership benefits for the remainder of your billing cycle. After your next billing date, your credit card will not be charged, and your access to OneAir will be restricted.

Fair and Flexible Cancellation Policy
At OneAir, we strive to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy to save our members money. In return, we ask our members not to take advantage of our terms.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions (excluding those paid via the iOS App Store, which have a 14-day refund policy) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our service and wish to cancel within the first 30 days after your initial payment, email us at support@oneair.ai for immediate cancellation and a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
We are confident you’ll be satisfied with our discount travel membership benefits. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time for any reason. If you cancel early, no refund will be provided, but your account access will remain active until the end of your subscription term. You can cancel your membership subscription through your OneAir app. Any travel booked through an active membership will be honored regardless of your membership status.
Membership Renewals
Automatic Renewals: Memberships automatically renew and are non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service. If you no longer want your OneAir subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal period begins. If you signed up using a coupon code or during a sale, your plan will automatically renew at full price annually unless canceled.
Free Trial Cancellation Policy
At the end of your 30-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription. To avoid this, cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period. You can continue to use the benefits for the full 30 days even if you cancel early. Each member is eligible for one 30-day trial unless otherwise communicated.

Prorated Refunds
Midway Cancellations: We do not offer prorated refunds. If you are midway through your membership but are done traveling, you will not receive a prorated refund.

Can I add an extra bed/baby crib in my room?
The availability of extra beds or baby cribs depends on the property. Additional costs for children, including extra beds, are not included in the reservation price unless specified. Please contact the property directly for more information.

I want to change the name of the lead guest. How can I do this?
Changing or adding a lead guest’s name requires us to cancel and rebook at current rates. However, hotels often make exceptions. Please contact us before canceling so we can request the change directly with the hotel.

Does the hotel provide airport transfer?
When searching, you can select ‘Airport transfer’ in the amenities section to narrow your results. Hotels provide this information in the “Useful Information” section on their page. Some rooms offer complimentary airport transfer, which will be specified in the room type or noted in the grand total on the booking form. Airport transfers are usually subject to a charge. To arrange an airport transfer, please contact the hotel directly.

How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online through the OneAir website or app. Any cancellation fees are determined by the property and are listed in your cancellation policy.

Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
If you have a free cancellation booking, you won’t be charged a cancellation fee. However, if your booking is non-refundable or no longer eligible for free cancellation, a fee may apply. All cancellation fees are determined by the property.
How do I know if my booking was canceled?
After canceling a booking, you should receive a confirmation email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders.
Where can I find the cancellation policy?
When searching for a room, you can view the booking conditions and cancellation policy along with other room details. This information is also available on your booking voucher.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds within 24 hours, so you can usually expect the funds within 2-5 business days. However, the actual time may vary depending on your bank’s processing speed.

What happens if I miss my scheduled arrival day or need to check out earlier than planned?

To check-in, you will need to present a government-issued photo ID that matches the name used during booking on the OneAir app. Additionally, a credit card is required for any incidental charges.

Why do I need to provide a credit card at check-in if I already gave one to OneAir?
The hotel requires a credit card on file for incidentals, such as minibar charges. The amount of the temporary hold varies and typically appears as “pending” on your card transactions, being released within 5-7 business days. If you provide a debit card at check-in, you may see a temporary charge instead of a hold, which will be refunded by the hotel within 5-7 business days, provided there are no incidental fees. Please note that some hotels do not accept debit cards.
Am I still required to pay resort fees if I book through OneAir?
Many hotels worldwide, including nearly all Las Vegas resorts, charge mandatory daily resort fees. These fees cover amenities like internet access, telephone services, and health club passes. Resort fees are not included in the room rate and must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out.

Booking Protection
Is Refund Protect included in the final price?
No, Refund Protect is not included in the final ticket or booking price. You can select Refund Protect at checkout for a small fee to protect your hotel booking or flight ticket. If you cannot attend for reasons covered by our terms and conditions, you can apply for a full refund.
I bought Refund Protect, and the airline has rescheduled my flight or I want to move my flight dates. What do I do?
If you purchased Refund Protect and the airline has rescheduled the flight, Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight departure. If you need to modify your flight, contact OneAir, and Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight details. If the cost increases, the additional Refund Protection cost will be added accordingly.
I bought Refund Protect, and I want to move my hotel dates. What do I do?
If you purchased Refund Protect and you need to modify your hotel booking, contact OneAir, and Refund Protect will be updated with the new hotel booking details. If the cost increases, the additional Refund Protection cost will be added accordingly.
How do I file a claim for Refund Protect?
Within the booking confirmation email from OneAir, there is a link to file a claim. It’s an easy 3-step process:

- Fill in any additional information that is not pre-populated.
- Provide the reason and evidence for your cancellation.
- Provide the bank details where you would like to receive your refund.
Why do I need to provide evidence about my circumstances?
Providing the required evidence for your circumstance, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, allows our Customer Experience team to validate your Refund Application. We need this evidence to ensure your circumstance is legitimate and unforeseen at the time of your booking, preventing you from attending. Please read the Terms and Conditions to see the accepted forms of evidence and required details.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you have fully submitted your Refund Application with all required evidence, the Customer Experience team will review your application within 24 hours. If approved, your refund should be delivered to your chosen bank account within 72 hours from submission. Please watch for any emails from the Customer Experience team during this period in case further information is needed to validate your Refund Application.
I submitted a Refund Application a while ago and have not received a response. How do I check the status of my Refund Application?
All Refund Applicants receive an email from our Customer Experience team after submitting a Refund Application. Please contact this Customer Experience point of contact for any queries about your application’s status. If you have not received an email, please check your junk or spam folders.

COVID 19
Can I cancel my booking due to COVID-19?
Please check the airline’s website for updated information on whether they are allowing cancellation fee waivers due to COVID-19. If the airline does not offer waivers, OneAir will be unable to provide one. If the airline does waive the cancellation fee, you may contact OneAir customer service.
To submit a cancellation request, please contact OneAir customer service and provide the following details: OneAir Booking ID, flight start date, the segment you want to cancel (outbound, inbound, or return), and the reason for cancellation. This process is intended for customers with flight arrangements within 4 to 21 days from today. If your travel is within the next 3 days, please call our customer service team directly and have your OneAir Booking ID ready.

If your airline does not offer a full refund, our customer service team will contact you to discuss your options before canceling your booking.
We will provide an estimate of your refund amount, which may take up to 4-8 weeks to process through your preferred mode of contact. Please refrain from following up within this period, as it will not expedite the process and may delay handling other requests.
OneAir will coordinate actions between our suppliers and your respective airline(s). Due to the COVID-19 situation, it may take up to 12 weeks to complete your refund after the amount is quoted. Can you resend the flight confirmation to me?
OneAir now offers a self-service option. By clicking the self-service link in your confirmation email, you can resend your booking confirmation to any preferred email address. This confirmation email can also serve as proof of your e-ticket for airport check-in.

How long does it take to receive a confirmation email?

Why was I issued multiple tickets?
To offer you the best deal, we may issue multiple bookings for your trip, potentially involving different airlines and suppliers. Each booking has its own rules, restrictions, fees, and seat and baggage policies.
If you need to cancel or change your trip, you must do so for each individual booking separately, resulting in separate fees and charges for each.
If an airline changes the schedule or cancels one of your bookings, it does not affect the other bookings. You may need to pay a fee and additional airfare to change the unaffected bookings.
If you cancel one of your tickets or do not show up, you can still use your other ticket since they are issued as separate bookings.
What is an E-Ticket?
E-tickets, or electronic reservations, are digital records stored in the airline’s system. They include your flight details, ticket cost, and payment information and are electronically linked to your airline reservation. When checking in, your airline may require your e-ticket number or PNR number (Airline reference). Both numbers can be found in your confirmation email.
Can I book for a child traveling alone (unaccompanied minors)?
Booking tickets for unaccompanied children is not possible on our site. Since airlines have different policies regarding unaccompanied minors, please check and book directly on their websites.

Flight bookings often use a name format like (last name)/(first name) (middle name) (title Mr/Mrs/Ms/Miss/Mstr).
For example, if an adult passenger’s name is Jane Smith, it would be written as Smith/Jane Mrs.
Sometimes, there is no space between the title and the name, such as Smith/Janemrs. This is a common practice, and no name correction is needed. The ticket remains valid for travel.
What is my Airline PNR?
To check your airline PNR, you can:
- Find the “Airline Reference” in the booking details section of your confirmation email.

Why can't I find my booking on the airline's “Manage Booking” page?
Please ensure that you have entered all the requested information correctly, including the airline PNR and the passenger’s first and/or last name, as required.
In some cases, you may not be able to locate your booking on the airline’s “Manage Booking” page because it was created by our partner using their contact information. However, as long as your booking status is marked as confirmed on the OneAir website or app under “My Trips,” and you have your confirmation email, your booking is valid. Cancellation, Refund, and Change
How can I cancel my booking?
Your ability to cancel the booking and the associated cost depends on the fare rules for your booking, which vary by airline. There may be fees, or the booking could be non-refundable.
To cancel your booking, please contact OneAir and provide the following details: OneAir Booking ID, flight start date, the segment you wish to cancel (outbound, inbound, or return), and the reason for cancellation.
Important note: If the airline does not permit cancellations, OneAir will be unable to offer a waiver.
Will I be charged if I cancel my booking?
The cost to cancel a flight depends on the fare rules for your booking and varies by airline. Cancellation may incur processing fees, and some tickets may be non-refundable.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds, if applicable, typically take 3-6 months to process and can vary by airline, as the actual refund time frame depends on the airline’s decision. In some cases, refunds might be issued as airline credits or vouchers. Your bank’s processing times may also affect this timeline. Once a refund is requested, we will notify you of the estimated refund timeline. Please refrain from following up within this period, as it will not expedite the process and may delay our handling of other requests.
How can I use my airline credits?
In some cases, an airline may issue a refund in the form of credit vouchers. These vouchers can be used for future flight bookings with the same airline before their expiration date. If the new ticket price is higher than the credit voucher amount, you will need to pay the difference. The credit voucher value is displayed in the ticket currency based on the airline’s system. Please note that airlines may change their policies without prior notice, and seats and fares are subject to availability. OneAir cannot control fare changes from airlines. All information about the voucher value, expiration dates, redemption process, and other conditions will be provided in the email you receive when the voucher is issued.
How can I get my receipt?

I want to reschedule my ticket dates. How can I do this?
Your ability to reschedule your ticket dates depends on the fare rules for your booking and varies by airline. If you need to change your booking dates, please contact our Customer Service team.
Important note: If your airline does not allow changes, we cannot override their policy. Please continue to check the airline’s policy, as it may change over time.
How can I do any other changes to my booking (change name, add more passengers, etc.)?
Your ability to make changes to your flight booking (such as changing names, adding passengers, or changing cabins) depends on the fare rules for your booking and varies by airline. If the reissued ticket incurs additional costs, these can be paid by credit card only. We recommend contacting OneAir for any booking changes instead of the airline, although in rare cases, we may advise you to contact the airline directly. For any changes, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

How to get a refund for additional checked baggage?
Unfortunately, additional checked baggage is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For example, if you book a flight with United but it is operated by Singapore Airlines, Singapore Airlines’ baggage rules generally apply.

I bought Refund Protect, and the airline has rescheduled my flight or I want to move my flight dates. What do I do?
If you purchased Refund Protect and the airline has rescheduled the flight, Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight departure. If you need to modify your flight, contact OneAir, and Refund Protect will be updated to the new flight details. If the cost increases, the additional Refund Protection cost will be added accordingly.
I bought Refund Protect, and I want to move my hotel dates. What do I do?
If you purchased Refund Protect and you need to modify your hotel booking, contact OneAir, and Refund Protect will be updated with the new hotel booking details. If the cost increases, the additional Refund Protection cost will be added accordingly.
How do I file a claim for Refund Protect?
Within the booking confirmation email from OneAir, there is a link to file a claim. It’s an easy 3-step process:

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you have fully submitted your Refund Application with all required evidence, the Customer Experience team will review your application within 24 hours. If approved, your refund should be delivered to your chosen bank account within 72 hours from submission. There are two types of bookings:
Payment Charged by OneAir: If a flight is available and you’ve submitted your credit card details and agreed to the booking conditions, the booking is confirmed, and an E-ticket will be automatically sent to your email address. The confirmation and E-ticket are issued only after we have verified and charged your credit card. You must present the booking confirmation, along with your passport or a valid form of photo ID, at check-in.
Payment Charged by Airline: OneAir partners with suppliers and airlines to offer the best-unpublished rates. If you book a flight where a OneAir partner provides the best rate, we will confirm your reservation and send a confirmation email with your E-ticket.
Please note: In such cases, the airline will charge your credit card. Your credit card statement may show up to two charges: one for the air ticket by the airline and a separate OneAir booking fee (if any).
What can I do if I get a payment error when booking?
If you clicked the “Pay securely” button and received an error message indicating an unsuccessful payment, please contact your card issuer to identify and resolve the issue.
How do I change my payment method?
