Here at OneAir you are our number one priority. We attempt to be as fair as possible and offer a flexible cancellation policy. As a company centered on saving money for our members. In exchange, we ask that our members be fair to us and not take advantage of our terms.
30-day Money Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions (excluding those paid for via the iOS App Store, which have a 14-day refund policy) are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning that if you are not satisfied with our service and you’d like to cancel your membership within the first 30 days after initial payment, you may email us at (email@example.com) for an immediate cancellation and a full refund.
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the discount travel membership benefits. However, should you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, for any reason. If you choose to cancel your membership early, no refund will be provided but your account access will remain active until the end of your subscription term. You may cancel your membership subscription by accessing your account in your OneAir WorldConnect portal. Regardless of your membership status, any travel booked through an active membership will be honored and will not be cancelled.
My membership automatically renewed. Can I get a refund?
No, automatic renewals are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service. If you decide you no longer want your OneAir subscription, then it is your responsibility to cancel before the completion of the membership period and starting of the next payment period. If you signed up using a coupon code or during a sale, which we offer occasionally, your plan will automatically renew at full price annually unless it is cancelled.
Free trial cancellation policy
At the end of your 14-day free trial period, your premium or elite subscription plan will automatically roll into a paid-for ongoing subscription with a recurring annual subscription fee which will automatically renew each year.
If you want to prevent this, you can cancel your subscription prior to the end of the 14-day trial period. You can continue to use the benefits for the full 14 days even if you cancel before that.
Each member is eligible for one 14-day trial unless otherwise communicated.

I am midway through my membership but am done traveling. Will you provide a prorated refund?
No, we do not offer prorated refunds.
